1. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including incorrect size selection or change of mind.

2. Size Exchange Policy

We understand that sizing may vary. Therefore, we offer size exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Items with signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations will not be accepted.

If your requested size is unavailable, you may exchange for another available item of equal value.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Tights

  • Undergarments

  • Hair accessories

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Dance shoes that have been worn even for once
  • Customized or special-order items

4. Exchange Process

To request a size exchange:

  1. Contact us at jo.y.oung.lb@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and the size you want to exchange for.

  3. Wait for confirmation before sending the item back.

Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
